Although “our studio apartment” don’t serve meals, you can find all your dining wishes just walking out of the apartment. If you prefer to prepare your own meals you can find fresh products on the market 15 minute walk. From all season available vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy products. If you prefer for somebody else to prepare your food you can dine in one of the many restaurants around, or quick food stands which serve a variety of exquisite dishes. If you need organic product visit the “Nitsan Haduvdevan” grocery store, located 2 minute walk from the apartment and buy your products.
You are located in the middle of the beaches of TEL Aviv . Less than 5 minute walk to the picturesque promenade and bathing beaches of Tel Aviv that stretch from north Tel Aviv to the port of old Jaffa, with all its coffee houses and restaurants. All of this combined with the view to the sea.
Less than 20 minute walk to the well-known beautiful 'neve-zedek' neighborhood.

The booking.com pictures don't reflect this place. Nothing like the pictures in the advert. Was not recently refurbished and damp in places. No refunds given. Its a disgrace do not stay at this place. All furniture is damage and the place has cockroaches. Not at all as dedicated, rip off fake advertising!

Budget near beach transport food
Beach Apartments Tel Aviv
One block from beach this place is for the budget traveler. Think basic motel 6 type room, comes with Fridge, Microwave, electric kettle and everything else you need. Super clean, some rooms have ocean view, am/pm market for food supplies is 2 blocks, as is main line bus to center of town and whatever you want to go from there. Staff was fine. It is kitty corner from park that leads to Tel Aviv's beach boardwalk. Safe for single woman traveler. Great price. If your looking for 4-5* not for you.

Unpleasant appartment
Nothing like the pictures in the advert. Not recently refurbished and damp in some areas. No refunds given. Its a disgrace do not stay at this place. All furniture is damage and the place has cockroaches. Not at all as dedicated. The online pictures by booking.com don't reflect this place.

Das erste Appartment/Terrasse war das schlimmste was ich erlebt habe nach der Beschwerde ein neues allerdings Erdgesch.und nicht sauber!! SANITÄRE Räume u.aller ...😡!3ter Tag dann endlich das Appartment mit Balkon zumindest View to The Beach...das mit der Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig!!!Bilder auf dieser Homepage sollten dringend aktualisiert werden damit man nicht getäuscht wird...Realität schaut anders aus...Bucht hier bitte nicht!!!!😡Werde noch eine Beschwerde bei Booking einreichen...da es eine unverschämt ist und das man das auf Aktualisierung nachkontrolliert....Mein Versehen war ich hatte mich von den Bildern täuschen lassen...und nicht die Bewertung gelesen konnte leider nicht mehr kostenlos stonieren MfG S.L.

Unfriendly, mouldy & mis-represented!
A really disappointing stay. From the moment you enter beach view apartments you know you're not onto a winner. The beach is no where in sight but behind high rise buildings and a very busy main road. The welcome and check-in is non-existent, we waited 5 minutes before even being acknowledged whilst the receptionist was on the phone (mobile on loudspeaker). The rooms are small, cramped, damp and dirty. Very little hot water with incredibly poor standards of hygiene. Mould could be seen growing around the basin, walls and ceiling of the bathrooms and the smell was awful throughout the room. The sounds of your fellow neighbours can be heard throughout the night (need I say more...) We are not ones to write bad reviews, we'd always rather pass on the feedback in person and give the management an opportunity to resolve and/or respond. Sadly, during all 4 days of our stay we were not even said hello to let alone asked how our stay was. We take responsibility and should have read the reviews/ratings on booking.com in more detail. Would recommend this should be taken down from booking.com or be fully reviewed with genuine photos and facilities detailed along with a very mis-leading name changed. Do not visit.

Not the best; rather overpriced
Contacted the property in advance as checking in during early hours, no details received. Had to call back and was able to whatsapp key code for doors etc.
Taxi from Ben Gurion Airport cost around £35.
Agree with comments that pictures are misleading on the websites - poor finishing and in need of a refresh. Ants on kitchen worktop and floor. Bed was comfortable. Room small and poorly laid out.
Location not bad, beach across road with shopping, bars and restaurants nearby.
Slightly concerned with sofa beds on stairwell etc.

Scam. Fraud. Beware!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had traveling. I made the reservation through Booking.com but the owner marked me as a “no show” to prevent me from leaving a review on that site. When in fact my family of 6 came to the hotel 3 hours after check in and found it to be a terrible place. The pictures are not accurate, there was trash in the hallways, loud music blaring, staff who could not speak English and the most rude manager I have ever spoken to. One of our rooms wasn’t ready and it looked like there had been a frat party in it. Absolutely disgusting. We were offered a “upgraded” replacement room which was a 1 bedroom instead of a 2 bedroom. There wasn’t even enough space for us to sleep! I told him this wasn’t adequate. That replacement room also had hair on the sheets and ants on the kitchen counter. When I asked for a small discount or even free parking to make up for hassle, the manager began yelling at me and told me I could either wait for the room to be cleaned or leave. He said I was taking advantage of him by asking for free parking. When I asked him to speak to me kindly as a woman and customer, he said I was acting like “God” and refused to give me anything—even an apology. We paid the price in full 6 months in advanced according to hotel policy, so we are out almost $800. I am currently disputing the charge with the bank, but Booking.com has their hands tied because it is my word against the hotels and the money is already gone. Again, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had traveling and I hope everyone will avoid booking here. There is nothing worse than being in a foreign country and feeling vulnerable and taken advantage of. Truly criminal.

Schlimmste und dreckigste Wohnung, die ich je besucht habe
Wir haben das Apartment zu dritt gebucht, mit drei getrennten zimmern. Als wir ankamen, traf uns der Schlag. Überall nur Dreck und Schmutz. Das erste Zimmer tauschten wir und bekamen ein kleineres, welches wir selbst putzten. Als wir vom Strand kamen stand unser Zimmer unter Wasser. nach mehreren ergebnislosen Telefonaten mit dem Eigentümer, wurde uns erklärt, wir sollten dieToilette nicht benutzen, dann würde auch kein Wasser auslaufen. Sind in der ersten Nacht ausgezogen. 2700 Euro in die Luft geschmissen. Einfach nur abzocke

Worst overpiced experience ever!
To begin with, the communication with the owner was inadequate. He lives in Israel and he should know that buses and trains do not run on Friday night; the night of our arrival. As a result we had to pay 140 Israeli, that is 35 euros to get there. Before that, when booking, we were charged for cleaning. As expected we thought that cleaning means cleaning the apartment one of the days we were there. That was not the case. As the owner informed me, cleaning covered the day before our arrival... Never heard of that before! In addition, the apartment was very small, almost tiny; contrary to the description in booking.com. We could barely move around. The building is old and walking down the stairs from the second floor, you saw used furniture and other staff around. Not to mention the view. The only positive thing was the location. Need to say more...?

Amazing location
This apartment building is in prime location short steps to the beach , clubs, bars I sleep in studio that I have all indeed but my friend took the penthouse unbelievable ocean view .
The building it’s self check in no people on your head totally recommended.
