There were Coffe ,tea,sugar,soaps,shampoos,toilet paper,towels,and all the things
to make you feel at home immideatly and if any issues there is a agent who you can reach who also is a very very nice person to deal with and rill definitely reach you.
This is our second time we originally spent three months here Dec 2014 thru March 2015 and must say the absolute best best best time of our lives as a result yo Etty

Home away from home
The most difficult part was leaving. From the moment you get to the building and throughout your stay five stars service, very clean, amazing views and very private. Truly an amazing experience can't wait to get back.

A wonderful beach front stay in a lovely and very well accommodating apartment
We are a family of 4 adults and we stayed here 27 days.
The place is very great : A nice and luxury building with a great pool, sauna, gym and a parking with all securities .
The beach is just in front of the Okeanos with everything you need : nice walk in the Marina, restaurants, grocery store, bars and animations.
But the best is this lovely apartment that reflects its lovely owner Etty who is very accommodating and attended to all our needs and plus. The apartment is very spacious with a nice sea view , it's very well equipped like your house, all the confort and amenities you need as in the kitchen than in the bedroom or in the nice and great dressing room !!
In short, our trip was incredible, my family will coming back again . Thank you Etty

Premium location right on the water,luxurious loved our stay!
My husband and I loved this place.
We stayed here a week. Both bedroom and living room face the sea. Very specious.
Location has everything: Restaurants, grocery store, bars and right on the beach.
Morning walks on the beach are a must! We will be back!

Home away from home
We love this beautifully maintained beachfront apartment. We have stayed here on several visits to Israel. This lovely apartment has all the comforts and amenities you will ever need (including binoculars to view the magnificent beach the apartment faces). The owner of this apartment is very accommodating and attended to all our needs. The actual building is wonderful as well with a great pool, spa, gym, and top notch security. There is nothing like opening your windows and hearing the sound of the ocean. We can't wait to go back again!!

Home away from home!
We have stayed in this apartment several times and just love it. Watching the people come and go on the beach is like an ongoing film. The apartment is just perfect for those who want to look over the sea, walk on the beach, have access to a great pool, and want to be able to eat at home sometimes. Can't wait to come back! Book this lovely apartment once and you will book again and again
A real home from home. We stayed in Etty's lovely apartment during the Easter holidays. 3 Adults, very well accommodated. Etty showed us immense care and attention from our very first enquiry. The apartment is super super clean, very well equipped, bed is very comfortable, great powerful shower and bonus was the ample storage space in the dressing room.
Management staff on site very helpful.
The location is superb, amazing views and a short walk to the Marina Mall with well stocked supermarket and many restaurants.

NIce Beach front apartment
Nice and bright apartment , beautiful and modern building. The only con is that bathroom need to be improved. Spectacular view .Owner very responsive to inputs.

Perfect Vaction Apartment
This apartment was absolutely spectacular. In a gorgeous building, this apartment was located in a perfect area. The view from the balcony cannot be beat. The apartment was immaculate when we entered and Etty was extremely helpful and always accessible. We will absolutely be renting this apartment again. Thank you Etty!!

is the ideal location to enjoy designer shopping, gourmet restaurants and coffee shops. The marina has berthing facilities for approximately 800 vessels of up to 30 meters in length. It is located on the Herzliya coast, adjacent to Accadia beach, and just 10 to 15 minutes drive from Tel Aviv.
Herzliya Park:
is a large green expanse featuring barbecue areas, a lake, amphitheatre, playgrounds, walking and running trails and a bike path that connects with the city's bike routes.
The Herzliya Museum of Contemporary Art:
presents contemporary art by Israeli and international artists, with a diverse range of exhibits including painting, sculpture, video art, installation art, photography and architecture, with a focus on plastic arts. Visitors can take part in a guided tour every Saturday at 12pm.
