I stayed in Ayola La Lisa for 3 nights for attending an event in Universitas 17 Agustus Surabaya. The hotel is near with the the event's venue, and some other universities and schools. There are some option of restaurants near the hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. They had a unique interior design with separate toilet and shower. It was not big, but it had enough space for your stuffs. The breakfast was fine, mostly they served Indonesian and oriental cuisines. But they also had other options such as toast, bread & jam, salad, cereal, etc. The hotel also had pool with poolside cafe. Even it's not that big, but enough for relaxation. The service was good. The hotel clerks were kind and friendly. I had a good experience in this hotel.

It was a nice stay for me. The hotel it self is in good condition. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite and nice. I  highly recommend this hotel.

They also have a small but beautiful swimming pool. Dont foeget to get your lunch/dinner at Lisa's Kitchen. The food is so good and it is worth with the price.

Trust me you will enjoy to spend a night in this hotel

Really like stayed in this hotel, have swimming pool and nice clean room. Nearby you can find some food like mpek” palembang or nasi pecel. Only the breakfast need some improvement, like the saladbar. Thank’s Ayola la lisa !!

I have 3 times stayed here when visit surabaya and have business in the east-mid area.
For the price, the bedroom and bathroom is spacious, clean, and good. I also bring my one yr old kid and its totally okay to stay with kids. Usually I avoid budget hotel like f*ve or ib*s (whichbis have almost same rate) when I travel with kid bcos the space of the room. And this hotel totally okay, worthed.
But the bfast so so so so, I just tried once but never pay again the room with bfast, better go to other restaurant. Of course will comeback again!

The place quite small with small parking ... we arrive in 10 am here we ask to check in at 11 am but they said they cant until 2 am , unpleasant experienced ... later , when we ask extra towel they refuse and ask us to give the dirty towel ? What kind of service is this ... such a pity ...
