I was supposed to check in on 23 dec 2018. I’ve booked trought tiket.com for double deluxe with balcony on 5th dec ( to make sure i get the room as I have requested). Turn out to be everything was Big dissapointment!! From rude receptionist ( a woman with short hair, forget her name) and the room was different from the picture shown at the ticket.com. The room that they gave me has no bath tub, little did I know not all their deluxe double has bath tub. The balcony was totaly different from the picture as well. The receptionist can only said ; sorry but if you want to complain you better contact the ticket.com.. not even a “sorry smile” on her face! Never again I will booked to Mirah Bogor! And oh better be careful if you wish to booked trought tiket.com, make sure the room as exactly as the picture shown! I finally decided to just left the hotel!!
