Very great location since I am not having my own vehicle during the trip. Everything are within walking distance, Kebun Raya Bogor, restaurants, food street, parks, etc. Even more attractive at night. You might want to pick higher room to get a nice mountainous view. Staffs are very helpful and humble. Pool is not that big but just adequate. I prefer to swim in the early morning before all the kids join us :)
A little problem just because you can hear little noise from the room above.

Was here on last Dec 2017, booked standard double (but was not ready on 2pm check in time, so ask to change to twin else need to wait 1 hour). There are segmented to old and new building I guess, for standard (given 4xxxx- 4 digit) is located quite far from the main lobby, and go up with separate elevator. however the room is spacious, and designed nicely with themes modern victorian.
Bathroom standard, bed is hard, and wiggly, not sturdy.
parking quite weird, we have to park on the side of the building with small road row (gang), luckily it wasn't raining as far as we stayed there, else we will quite in trouble, as no canopy too. Pool is small. not suitable for sport, playing around is ok.
Can't comment for staff as not much interaction from them , not even greet when we passed by. and didn't took breakfast as well, as after browsed, we prefer to go to local reastaurant serving Italian food 'Kedai Kita' just across main lobby, they already open at 8 am.
The plus point is the design, lots and lots of sofa in the lobby, cozy lobby,

location was very great. near by alot of culinaire station. the breakfast also great, many variants. the most lovable thing for me is the pool. i like the pool is because the depth is about 3 meters, means that we can really like do swimsport.
the room was clean, linen good, but pillow only 1. we have to request with additional if we need more pillow or blanket or anything. for family, i prefered to stay at superior room. the room quite big, and have a balcony for kids.

overall, the stay was good, the staffs was polite and humble, but need tobe faster. parking specially should be more improve.the restaurant at the old building so guests need to walk quite far from room to the restaurant.
