We stayed here for 4 nights with during the month of April and really enjoyed our stay. It looked like we were the first people to stay in the villa as the main bathroom was not quite complete on checkin with people working on the toilet and ceiling. The property is lovely, very clean and open as you would expect for a new property. Nyoman and his staff were fantastic and couldn't have done more for us. My FIL had a fall off a scooter within the first few hours of him being there, Nyoman drove him to the doctors and went in with him whilst the doctor was treating him, his staff also took our bike and got the broken mirror replaced for us which was fantastic. Downsides to our stay - the house wasn't 100% ready for visitors, the gas hotplate was not connect, the cable was installed whilst we were in the villa on the second day, there was hole in the main bedroom celing that was fixed whilst we were there., we kept putting on towels on the floor of the bathroom to be changed and the staff would hang them up instead of replacing a little strange we thought. Worst thing about the villa was the power siutation, it would trip our 20+ times per day and especially during the night when we had our air cons on, my husband is an electrician and went to have a look at the board and said it is no where near big enough for all the applicances and pool. We also had water issues, on 2 occasions we had no water upstairs and whilst we were in the villa the staff turn the tap on to fill the pool which cut off the water to the house. As we were the first visitors you are bound to get a few problems, if corrected I would make a return visit for sure.
