We arrived on time for our booking, it took quite some time to get a waiter/waitress to care about us and get us to our table but fine, why not, it's saturday night and busy no worries.
We order food, wait for quite some time then after 1 hIwe choose a replacement for the ingredient . 10 mn after, the dish itself is considered out of stock... After asking to the manager why it takes more than one hour to tell a customer that his/her order is out of stock, I choose a new dish.
5 minutes after, the dish arrives (duck leg confit) with one side frozen (maybe just very cold I don't know).
I'll stop the description here though I could say more about the rest
Bottom line : COVID or large volume of customers/orders are not an excuse, if you accept a certain number of bookings or people inside, you must have the capacity to handle these and commit. Else you're just wasting people's time and money.
