Please note this is purely a honest review, We are currently staying in the Garden wing rooms block 2 at the Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel and by far the worse place I have stayed! We will not be returning, the only good thing was the surroundings example: Beach,Pool etc. The room is absolutely disgusting! The bed smelt of old damp, the toilet is disgusting to use! The water comes up so high and does not flush properly at all and the bathroom is super disgusting also very old and you just don’t want to use it! It feels like you are living in a old mouldy and dusty room, the hall you walk through before you get to your room feels like you are walking through a ghostly hospital so dark and just not really nice at all it really needs a severe touch up! The locker in the room does not work. I do not recommend staying here at all!!!!! We came here in good faith, I read similar reviews as what I am writing now but I thought I would give it a chance but nope! Absolutely regret it!!

This is a lovely place: Vast garden, nice pool areas, beach view. We stayed in the bungalows ("cottages"). The only drawback is that this hotel is in dire need of some major renovations. Bathroom facilities, furniture, air-con, all of that is not presentable any more. Mosquito screens on doors and windows and/or mosquito nets over the bed would be nice. It would leave the option to sleep without air-con.

We visited this hotel 20 yrs ago and I don’t think much has changed. We stayed in interconnected rooms in the garden area. The bathrooms are really quite grubby. The housekeeping is basic ( bedding and towels) There’s a fridge with water and soft drinks. Noisy air con unit, hairdryer, kettle with small supply of coffee and tea, and a safe deposit box. Mostly the staff are happy and very polite. Breakfast is usual, pastries, omelet and mix of Indonesian food. Only outdoor seating available for breakfast unless you are in the tower building. We opted against that as there were plenty of earthquake tremors. Our sea view was spoiled by a huge blue diamond shaped wedding chapel ( that doesn’t seem to be used ) . Wouldn’t use the hotel again as there is much nice along the beach but not sure how much dearer they would be. Great WiFi for the kids

We stayed in the bungalows (four of us sharing two twin rooms). The rooms had a connecting door which was handy, but the noise from each room carried over to the next one (I could hear them snoring). Rooms are basic but clean, probably could do with some maintenance. The breakfast was quite reasonable with selection of cereals, fruits, pastries, and hot foods, but coffee was terrible tasting (luckily I brought my own from Australia).
In summary I found this accommodation good value for money, set in an ideal location away from the street noise and hagglers, close enough to wander down the esplanade for a drink or meal.

Having travelled to bali so many times before it had now been almost 10 years since my last visit. The prices now had risen trmendously and Nusa Dua this time was out of the question for my family of 5.

Having read the reviews of visitors to this sanur hotel it made us feel a little anxious before we had arrived, however from the moment of check in to check out time everything went perfectly and a real value for money stay.
we had booked 3 rooms together in the Tower Block and each one of them was of good size , clean and had a balcony. The morning sunrise was a delight to experience from our rooms ....absolutely beautiful.
Large outer grounds to appreciate and several pools to choose from...this would be our choice for our next visit to Bali
