The very friendly staff received us at a nice location that looked promising at first glance. However, the hotel is outdated and needs to be renewed. The rooms are aweful and worn down with no proper light in the bathroom and stains all over the floor. The worst was that we woke up to numerous insect bites (not mosquitoes) from the beds.
Swimming pool water is not very clean and kids did not enjoy it.
Breakfast is ok, with limited choices, eggs were good. On the bright side, dinner was better than expected.
I do have to say that staff really tries. They were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed, even complementary trips to the city and to bringing us to our alternative hotel that we booked for the remainder of our stay here. We only stayed here 1 night…
I think the hotel has potential but needs investment to bring up to level again.

We loved our stay here. The staff were amazing, they were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfy. The resort had amazing views and was very well maintained. Food was great and a nice swimming pool too. If you are staying in Lovina then I would definitely recommend here.

Staffs are really friendly. Morning view with blue sea and hills are so calming. The atmosphere and surroundings are best for you who looking for serenity.

However there are little choices for breakfast, but I loved the taste. Very pleasant place to stay :)
