At $57 USD a night, there's really nothing to complain about, but... It is dated, and the room I had looked like it was worth 57 dollars, probably not much more. The stench of mothballs overwhelmed the senses (found a pile in the closet which were promptly tossed outside).

The property was big, and I'm pretty sure my wife and I were 2 of the 5 guests at the hotel. Breakfast was meh, but the view was nice.

Considering it's outside of the heart of Lovina Beach, it really doesn't have much to offer. I'm not saying the location was bad, and it was my choice, but rather there are likely better options in town.

was stay here with family, location is very central and beach front
i can see the view of lovina beach just from mty room.
room is clean and with a good sized just the bathroom is too small especially shower area, when i get bath water will spread everwhere and bathroom will be totally wet.
also, i feel not safe to put my ID card at reception as this is old fashion for front office to record their guest.
and no wifi in the bedroom

Breakfast is ok, but if you want to have lunch or dinner price is overide compare than it taste, they have to review again about this.

but overall, would reccomend this place if you bring your family to stay in lovina area.

The people here are lovely, helpful kind and supportive of all their Guests. The challenge is that they all struggle with English which makes communication difficult. The location is fantastic, although on the very, very busy main road, you could through a rock from your balcony room into the ocean. It has a Beach that you can't use, because of the amount of rubbish floating in and under the water.
However, the "Resort?" Is well past it's used by date. I'm guessing it was built in the '70s and probably popular in its time. But it is dirty and poorly maintained. The rooms are (sort of) cleaned every day but, you can't scrub away years of accumulated filth and stains and wear & tear.
At most it's a 3⭐️⭐️⭐️
