From front office to rooms to restaraunt and gardens the staff make you feel very welcome.
The building itself oozes of Bali culture and history and with a location right at the waters edge it makes you appreciate Nugraha even more.
The rooms are clean, spacious and have great aircon. Beds are comfy and good size balconies. Wait for sunset. Even better!
Top it off with a romantic dinner waterside and you will have had the perfect day.The beach here is tidal but who cares. So many beautiful points you dont notice it.
One small negative. The pool was not 100%. Probably due to refurb close by but sure not permanent. Just not clear. Could not find any other negative points in other reviews. Well done Nugraha. See you again.

Amazing Hotel and Villas

My partner and I stayed at this property in their brand new villas which are located right on the beachfront next door to the hotel. Our stay was perfect in every way.

The staff were extremely attentive, the food was delicious and the
sunset view was incredible. The villa is beautifully designed, bed was extremely comfortable, the bath was divine.

The staff organised a dolphin boat for us in the morning and we saw pods of dolphins swimming out at Sunrise. It was magic.

I would recommend this hotel and new villas if you desire a wonderful stay in Lovina.

Avoid at all costs

Definitely shonky. Demanded full payment with booking two months in advance. Paid the money. Due to a medical problem we were unable to travel. Tried to advise by email and phone, but ignored. Despite the supposed cancellation policy lost our $900.
Now their website is down. Place may not exist.

Room tip: Don't book there and you will sleep better.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your experience with our property.
We are very sorry to hear about your medical problem and also for the uncomfortable cancellation service. And we feel unwell, due to we do not accept any email and also phone call directly to our hotel about this matter. please give me time to explain, that we have agreement with some travel agency and for the cancellation should be informed in written notice lately 7 days before scheduled arrival otherwise such as the following condition :
• - 1 (one) days before arrival 50% of the Room Charge.
• - No show 100% of the room charge.
even at one site online booking we also have last minute policy without any cancellation charge
Our guests are our number one priority at the property and if someone is dissatisfied with their experience, we work very hard to correct this immediately and in a timely fashion in order to turn their experience around

Tired Hotel with beautiful seaview

We chose the Nugraha Lovina hotel for its location and we were not disappointed. It is on the sea front and the view from the room/ restaurant/ pool is beautiful. We would recommend this hotel because of the overall beautiful setting; we really enjoyed the outdoor facililties. However, if you look at things more closely, you start to notice things are past their use-by date and are not as clean as they should be.
The staff was ever so polite and accommodating, which was a bonus. Finally, the food was not the best, lack of taste and not the best quality.

Welcoming and Peaceful

We have visited Nugraha Lovina Seaview Resort numerous times, this hotel is ideally located with beautiful views of the ocean and the volcano of Java from the rooms and terrace. Staff are amazing, always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is fine, and the food in the restaurant good. The rooms are clean and the most comfortable of beds in Bali. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to get away from it all and relax. Room 211 has WiFi along with all public areas of the hotel, But other rooms do not get it - which is a shame. Would stay here again. Thanks you Merry and team for a lovely stay once again.

we stayed here on this january 2016 one day. breakfast is good but only american breakfast is delicious, fried rice more sweat and not delicious. . but when you wake up in the morning no one here. even you ring bell in the table many times but no one is here n its 7 am in the morning. i cant believe it. they give welcome drink. maybe because no other guest stay here except me and my parents and my aunty. we booked 2 room for me and other room for my uncle. no other guest. only me. pool is dirty very dirty like never clean it. i cant imagine how much the owner spent for lazy staff. TV channel only little not much international. the only win because location near the beach / ocean. we not suggest this place.
