It seems the place changed its name - the name dispalyed at the entrance to the resort is "Nugraha Lovina Sea View Resort and Spa" - at first I couldn't find it on TripAdvisor...
It is a very good hotel, with a decent restaurant (virtually anything we've eaten was at least good, most of the time excellent). The place feels calm and full of serenity, but that's probably because of the season - we stayed 4 nights, and for 2 of them we seemed to be the only guests around :-) so everything was so to say "for us".
The rooms are not that spacious, but in the end the hotel room is not the place where you'll be spending your time when in Bali, right? Rooms are clean, most with a nice view on the garden or sea. We had a room at the reception desk level (1st floor), overlooking the garden and open-air restaurant, with an outlook on the sea.
Pluses - how often were you allowed to use the swimming pool after sunset or max. 8.00pm? Well, you'll be surprised - the swimming pool closes at 11.00pm! So if you want to go for a swim after dinner - feel free to do it :-)
One thing prevented us from giving this place 5/5 - hot water problems - for the 4 consecutive days we had some struggle with making it work. Of course everytime we reported the problem the the reception they were very helpful and the problem was fairly quickly solved, but a while later it recurred, and son on, so it was a kind of a pain... at that price level, such problems should not occur or be prevented from recurring..
Overall, a nice, sleepy (because of the season) and peaceful place where you can charge your batteries (or set up for a trip into the mountains). If I was to return to Lovina, I guess I would come here, provided hot water would be there too ;-)
One other thing - very decent WiFi is available free of charge at the lobby / reception area, with no WiFi in the rooms, except for ours - yes, we had WiFi access. I think however that it will not work in other rooms, as the signal wasn't strong.
