we take our son there a lot for lunch and to swim in the pool...the food is good and service is nice as well. the pool is not too big and is very clean....they also have a shallow kids pool section ,.......

Actually, we have corporate agreement between my company and the hotel, but seems like, they don't give us privilage as like as the corporate agreement said.

Our schedule from sunday to friday, but the Hotel said that the room only available from sunday to wednesday. i checked to agoda.com, hotels.com, that the room still available from wednesday to friday. Then, i booked the room thru hotels.com (of course with the higher rate than corporate) Just wondering how this can work for corporate agreement (room is full, but still available on the site)

I am facing this kind of situation, twice (firstly on Jan'18, second time on Apr'18).

Room was just okay, breakfast need more variation. Others are okay.

The check in experience disappointed us. Reception guy couldnt find our booking. and he kept telling us that our booking wasnt there. in the end he said he found our booking but couldnt give the king bed like we requested before (I made booking on march 31, 2 weeks before arriving) so we only got the twin bed. we dine at the coffee shop, we dragged tables just to join some seating so will fit me and my kids, but none of the staff even bothered to help us, only seeing us from a distant.
The food meets our expectation with large range of Indonesian food. Spacious room. Cahya the waitress in restaurant was amazing.

Few improvement on the last visit, no check-in hiccups compare to last visit. The room are not full of ants. altough they are few of them which is not bothering me that much.
The Bed sheet are not so clean. But it's a three star hotel, I don't care that much as I don't have to pay much.
Had dinner there. It is actually not bad. Enjoy our dinner. Order Fried Rice, Nasi Campur bali and Fish steak.
The checkout process is fast. So no complain. Quite noisy as there are lots of school kids there as guests.

Went there for weekend planned to had a quality time for weekend just turn into a disaster. The hotel got some event that just terribly noisy. The sound was just way to loud and they were having the event at the garden.
The hotel management must reconsider another option for event.
