We had opted for this hotel based on reviews on 'tripadvisor'. And we were glad to opt for it. The place is simply awesome. Huge property with lots of place to walk in garden, the view is amazing, the staff is very courteous. Would like to thank Mr. Shardul Negi at front desk for all the assistance. Our package included breakfast only, which, beyond doubt, was well spread and amazing. However, the buffet lunch, dinner is slightly expensive. We had opted for 'thali' once, which is reasonably priced and recommended.

Overall, a big thumbs up and recommendable place to stay.

We had booking for 3 nights at the property and we where group of 18 ( 10 adults and 8 children ) ...Property is very well located in excellent location .....But the management is not able to differentiate between business hotel and a resort services.....All activities at property are charged and most of the service's either not in working condition or very poorly managed.
Our kids where absolutely disappointed with stay at this property...... As they didn't get a feel of staying at a resort.

Overall a very disappointed stay ....Property nor recommended for family leisure stay.

Pathetic service. Booked massage appointment got cancelled without information. Overly priced compared with amenities. Had to speak with manager to get a soft drink. 3 days totally wasted. Will not recommend to anyone.

We had really bad experience here .......very poor service .....we had called the restaurant person to serve us in the middle area and they did not come back with lot of reminders........every single things is charged here ..........even for some places they charge .......Rs 5000/- for bonfire ??? For burning wood ????.....not recommended for family..........it’s not a resort it’s a business Hotel look like .....taken appointment for spa and no one is there at that time

I personally liked the service of team housekeeping, excellent cleaning n upkeep in all area, the child play area is very good n maintained. Well done team Housekeeping.this was my small trip and next time I will come with my family to stay here.
