Indrapal Chaudhary is very good person and service ,staff is nice and rooms are too clean and hygienec and indrapal Chaudhary's service is too nice.he is a very sweet to talk and smart Intelligent person.

I stayed for 1 night. Very good room, big washroom, good cleanliness, supportive staff, children play zone are also there. Feel like we staying in palace. Not far from city only 3-4 km away from main city.
Only cons was pure Veg restaurant.

Very Very disappointed by shouryagarh.
Its look like a marriage garden.
Staff is not at all welcoming. Rooms and property not at all maintained. I went to restaurant again disappointed
First they have a restaurant which has no view.! Secondly chairs and sofa are on very pathetic and dirty condition.
Food taste and quality, and quality of service is not as per resort.
So called luxury. Totally waste of money.
I will never visit again.

We had gone through the reviews of SHOURYAGARH RESORT on TripAdvisor & decided to stay at this resort. We stayed here for 3 nights & we were 3 families. We had booked 2 PALACE SUITES & 1 ROYAL SUITE. The property is big enough, you really like it when you enter the property. The lounge area is open from above & huge. The suites are also quite spacious. Bathrooms are with bathtub & seperate area for shower covered with glass partitions & glass door. Initially you like everything about this property. But thereafter disappoint starts. The furniture in Palace Suites is needs maintenance. The mattress is short than size of bed. The handles of a few drawers are broken & missing. The bath fittings are in wear-tear condition. As soon as you open tap or shower you get cold water. In winter it becomes a tough task to even put your finger under cold water forget about bathing or washing face/hands. For 5 minutes you get cold water inspite of keeping the side of tap on HOT mark. Thereafter, a little hot water starts & when you think it's time to go under shower as hot water has started, as soon as you bath for 2-3 minutes suddenly cold water starts flowing from shower inspite of tap being on Hot water side. The first day somehow we managed to take bath in cold water. Thereafter one of the housekeeping guy informed us that you need to give call to reception & request them for hot water & in Tue. Reception will inform respective technical person to increase temperature of water & then you will get continuous hot water. THEY EXPECT THE PERSON BATHING TO STOP BATHING & IN THE MIDDLE OF BATHING GIVE CALL TO RECEPTION TO GET TEMPERATURE INCREASED TO GET HOT WATER TO CONTINUE BATHING. How logical & thoughtful. In ROYAL SUITE they have Jacuzzi & same is the case there also. When you plan to use Jacuzzi they expect guest to give a call at reception & then temperature will be increased & you will get hot water. So if you forget to call reception then it's your fault & you may have to use Jacuzzi with cold water. Then comes the food part. The food is good. The taste & quality both are good. But the problem is with their policies. If you book a package with breakfast & other major meal then beware, if buffet is not available then u will have to eat that they provide or you need to fight for what u want to eat. So the thing is food is offered at their will & not as per wish of guests. I have stayed at TRIDENT a lot of times, I have stayed at Fategarh a few times & a couple of other properties of similar category. I did not experience such thing anywhere before. When you say you want this food item instead of that the reply is NAHI HO PAAYEGA SIR & the list of NAHI HO PAAYEGA is more & long than anything JO HO PAAYEGA. Then comes a very basic facility like CAMPFIRE. Even a basic category hotel/resort provides campfire in winter but here they don't provide that facility to all guests. During our stay we saw them providing campfire facility to a group of persons & requested to provide us also campfire. We received a very unusual & unexpected reply that WO CAMPFIRE SPECIAL VIP GUESTS KE LIYE HAI.... HUM WESE NAHI PROVIDE KARTE CAMPFIRE & the height is the guy at reception advised us that ABHI SECURITY GUARDS APNE LIYE KARENGE CAMPFIRE... AAP CHAHE TO WAHA JAAKE KE BETH SAKTE HAI JAHA SECURITY GUARDS CAMPFIRE KARE... Isn't it ridiculous?? After all this when you checkout billing is done only after housekeeping guy confirms that you have not taken anything from their rooms & they say this to guests that final bill will be given only after housekeeping guys check your rooms & give confirmation about nothing is missing. What an unique way, right??? Thereafter, inspite of all this they want a video from guests where guests need to say they enjoyed the stay at this property. We all are very disappointed with the policies & approach towards guests at this property & would neither prefer it again nor recommend it to anyone unless you are risk taker with family & don't mind having hiccups in ur leisure vacation then it's ok, otherwise avoid this resort. I would again say that property is really big & good but rest is just a chance. May be our luck was not good & your might turn out to be good. Good Luck.

Experience is awsome.
Room cleanliness and staff co-ordination very excellent.
Food quality good and restaurant staff(specially pramod ji)is very good.the cheking time is 2 pm but we arrived 10 am there is no room available at that time but shri priyadarshini and komal mam support us and handle the situation politely. good property atmoshphere is also silent no noise pollution and we enjoy hilly area view from our room window and dinner activity also awsome.
