afer covid we spend over 1,5 month at Hainan, in Sofitel Haikou , Raffles Hainan, Pullman Yalong Bay. Why not in Sofitel Leeman where we was so happy before covid - becouse me as Platinum member Accor Plus and my friend Diamond member Accor Plus send over 6 emails to reservations team and GM of this hotel and we do not get any answer, if two loyal Platinum and Diamond many years members of Accor Plus can not get any - positive or negative answer - so what can expect ordinary person? this is not Sofitel level and it is not high standard who was there before
