Amazing resort, the colleagues working at MO Sanya are the best. Can only recommend for vacation but also for any MICE event.
The service is personalized, guided by a very strong management team. The hotel FB is worth the visit, they accept outside guest as well. The restaurant has incredible food and especially breakfast. I stayed with my team for 3 days with my team. Facilities in the meeting room were perfect for work and team building to relax on the beach with BBQ on the evening. I can only highly recommend this place to everyone.

1. Some staff are lack of passion for their jobs and seemed impatient.
2. The ocean view is mediocre. The beach is not enjoyable due to the presence of dead corals in the sand.
3.Facilities are a little old.
4. Hairs under my sheet at multiple spots. Blinking reading light at night. Spiky thingy under the sheet. When I complained at checkout, the front desk gave me cheap gift without listening to my appeal.
5. I left after one night of stay and moved to a luxurious hotel at Yalongwan - much enjoyable experience there with better price.

The most vacation oriented hotel in Sanya！This is my third stay, but I still feel the service and dining are great. The hotel has three particularly large swimming pools, including a constant temperature endless pool. There are many areas for play and activity. The hotel's buffet dinner and breakfast are both great and worth a try.
