We stayed in the Shangri-la during January 2021 and can genuinely say that it was an excellent experience. Living for almost a decade in Asia, we had our fair share of great hotel experiences; however, the service we enjoyed here was redefining excellence. Our personal guest relations supervisor consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was pleasant.
