Our families had a great time, great place for kids, the food was excellent especially the Chinese restaurant, all the staff very friendly at the hotel, most of them spoke good English. A very special thanks to the manager Rudolf Gimmi for making sure everything was taken care of. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

The hotel is truly a destination where you can relax. Nice and cosy atmosphere, nice environment from the room to the swimming pool, to the buffet restaurant.
It was also great to enjoy a treatment in the Chi SPA to relax after the trip

The spa was great! Very friendly staff and a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Susie and Emma did my and my girlfriends massages! All amenities are clean and ready to go! No complaints here. Very satisfied with our trip to our he spa.

Staying at the hotel so nice to go to the spa where I had an amazing relaxing facial with Emma. My skin super hydrated and feeling plump. I also took my 7 year old son with me for mummy and child massage which he just loved and the ladies were amazing with him

The grounds and rooms in this hotel are beautiful and very well maintained. It is very clean and the club level rooms and spacious and well appointed.
We had to wait for a while as check in was busy, there was no desk for golden circle members to check in nor were we directed to check in at the club lounge. We did not receive welcome amenities either so the membership doesn’t really come with any perks despite booking through the app.
The gym is spacious and well equipped and the pools / gardens are nice. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach ( this isn’t part of the hotel) which got busy on an evening and was great for a walk. There is a small mall 10min walk away with a supermarket/ shops / restaurants. We ate at the pool bar which was underwhelming and overpriced. We also ate at BSK next door in the Atlantis which was fantastic. Breakfast in the club lounge was a busy, noisy affair but the food selection was good. Thanks to Felicia for ensuring smooth running of this area, she is an asset to the hotel.
Overall for us the hotel didn’t offer the relaxation we wanted. Towels didn’t arrive at the pool until after 10.30 am some mornings and many of the loungers didn’t have cushions or umbrellas. The gym often ran out of water / towels and sometimes there were children in there and people exercising without tops / shoes on which is just a bit urgh. The rules here need to be enforced from a health + safety point of view.
We didn’t find the lounge to be similar to other club lounges. The evening food / snack was served 4.30 - 6.30 which is a little too early and this was the only time alcohol was served too. For us the atmosphere here was spoiled by guests allowing their children to run around screaming, having water fights and playing hide and seek in the club lounge area and restaurant/ toilets. This was up to the parents to stop but the staff didn’t seem willing / empowered to intervene despite it effecting other guests.
I think it’s a great hotel / resort if you have children as it’s very family friendly but as a couple it just wasn’t for us. The service level just isn’t there and it wasn’t always the relaxing break we’d anticipated.
