A second class view of the sea and the beach area, which is relatively less crowded but really inconvenient for life. The best part is it’s close to the airport, however the four points by Sheraton is also close but offer way more hospitalities and convenience. The building doesn’t look like a decent hotel at all for its lousy design both in and out. The front desk is very unprofessional, lack of passion or skills. The lobby basically provides no services since no one seems on duty during the free afternoon tea for the platinum members. No one to reach out for services. The concierge has too many foreign interns chatting around the counter where no one is willing to help with the luggages even if a car dropped by. The rooms are very very very far to reach because this is not a hotel but a residential building. Zero decency should be expected. Very unfriendly to platinum 75 members. You have to be lectured about the poor privileges they gave to you before you got your keys.

Had dinner at the Feast buffet. Food was excellent, live music and great service. Mgr Natalie provided surprise cake for my wife’s birthday and had the band play Happy birthday. It was a lovely evening Thanks

I recently became a Platinum SPG member and decided to celebrate it with a four night stay in the Sheraton Sanya Bay Resort. I expected an upgrade but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an ocean view grand suite. The suite is huge and luxurious with a jacuzzi on the balcony. The rest of the facilities in the hotel are very good and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the airport and only require a 15 minute drive to get there.
