I came to Sanya for a trip with my mom and I stayed at the Fairmont from March 4th to 6th.
I left my iPad at the previous hotel, but as I'm Korean(can't speak Chinese 😂), 小金 Joly, guest relations officer actively helped with communication and even called Didi to help me find back my tablet. (The picture I posted is the iPad I got back.) After that I could keep communicate well with her through Wechat.
Additionally, Chef Leo Yu also assisted me with directions when I got lost in the hotel on the first day. He also took really good care of me at the dinner buffet. I'm very grateful 🥹
This was my second trip Sanya, and I've stayed at The Autograph Collection, The Edition and IC Sanya, but under my experience, the Fairmont has the highest level of staff.
If I visit Sanya again(maybe next year), I will definitely revisit. Thank you ~~
