I came to Sanya for a trip with my mom and I stayed at the Fairmont from March 4th to 6th.
I left my iPad at the previous hotel, but as I'm Korean(can't speak Chinese 😂), 小金 Joly, guest relations officer actively helped with communication and even called Didi to help me find back my tablet. (The picture I posted is the iPad I got back.) After that I could keep communicate well with her through Wechat.
Additionally, Chef Leo Yu also assisted me with directions when I got lost in the hotel on the first day. He also took really good care of me at the dinner buffet. I'm very grateful 🥹
This was my second trip Sanya, and I've stayed at The Autograph Collection, The Edition and IC Sanya, but under my experience, the Fairmont has the highest level of staff.
If I visit Sanya again(maybe next year), I will definitely revisit. Thank you ~~

beautiful hotel in a beautiful location . This hotel is really nice with a great bar and restaurant and very smiley staff . i came here for a conference and it was such a great location . the pool very large and beach just beautiful although cannot swim in the sea .

Tara in Veranda cafe! Quickly solves any problem, she understands English very well. She is ind and responsive! She always helps us to communicate with other people. We want to come back here again! The hotel left only positive emotions! Recommend!
