Tara is the best waiter! She will solve any problem. She will always help. Very kind and sympathetic. We like her very much! Very polite and helpful! And speaking English! She works in a cafe that is open for tea. Come to this hotel! It's great.
This is a great collection of Chinese architectural wood works. Our guide, Xiao Zhang, is very knowledgeable and helpfully. He answered all our questions. We learned a lot from the tour. Totally enjoyed it.

Location: Excellent location, easy to go everywhere. It usually takes between ten minutes and half an hour drive to go to many scenic spots and food stalls.
Facilities: All facilities are available. The dome design in the lobby is absolutely stunning. The swimming pool is huge, and there are children's pool activities such as bubble parties and surfing lessons every afternoon. The hotel's canal is an internet celebrity highlight. It is recommended to ride after dark, which will be more interesting. The breakfast buffet is huge with a wide selection of food.
Services: The staff are friendly and attentive. Will take the initiative to say hello to every guest I meet. Basically fulfilled all requests. Especially thoughtful for toddlers and children, there is a dedicated children's playroom, and there are various activities for children and adults every day. Children will never get bored. In addition, the hotel also has its own helicopter, and guests can pay for different levels of air tours.
Value: The price/performance ratio is probably the best among luxury hotels in Haitang Bay!
Drawbacks: This hotel is among the first batch of hotels in Haitang Bay. It has a history of nearly ten years. The traces of tears and wares on the outer walls and in the rooms can be easily spotted. Compared with the FISHMONGER of ROSEWOOD next door, the Chinese restaurant is an even obvious lacklustre. Improvement is strongly expected.
Summary: The whole family, including children and adults, are very satisfied. Absolutely worthy of the prestigious brand of FAIRMONT.
