The hotel it self is nice and pleasant 3 bars 3 restaurants 3 swimming pool gym spa... Good place as a couple or family.
High-standard hotel in Sanya bay on the beach and 3km from fish market. Not far as well to downtown with touristic place. Really close to airport perfect spot fir your journey at Sanya.
But the most of this hotel is the staff. The service was one of the greatest.
With my broken foot wife’s we got so much help from all of the staff. They provide wheelchair and help us every step of the journey.
Special thanks for Bella 周晶晶 who literally planned our entire time at hotel, even propose some outside activities. For sure I will contact you again for any other trip in Sanya. Thanks as well to Eric Lilly Jojo and more to get this time in your hotel unforgettable.

There are so many places to stay in Sanya and it can be a minefield figuring out which hotel to book. Myself and my friend booked the Pullman simply because we liked the look of it and we were not disappointed. It was close to the airport and we jumped straight in a taxi and arrived. They allowed us to check in early and the place looked beautiful. Exactly how it looks on the pictures we couldn’t believe our luck (I’ve found lots of places in China aren’t quite the same) the food, atmosphere, staff, rooms, pools, beach access has really surpassed our expectations and we have been able to fully relax and have the most amazing holiday. A few of the staff speak a little English but if there is anything you need I would highly recommend asking for Bella (周晶晶) she was so attentive and catered to our every need. Dean was also very helpful as was Kitty both spoke great English. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and hopefully we’ll be back very soon, thanks for everything.

Stayed at Pullman with some friends and we all really enjoyed the trip. From the arrival with friendly bellboys and reasonable security/hygiene check, over the check in experience with Bella周晶晶 who was super helpful throughout the trip. Amazing pools with a nice selection of lane pool, play pool with toys, heated pool, everything was there. The overall hotel was very well maintained and no major maintenance issues where visible. Dean at the outdoor buffet pool bar was very friendly and helpful. Lucky at the lobby bar was very approachable and helpful. The breakfast buffet display was very rich and interesting. Overall all the staff were friendly, level of English was good enough not to run into any issues. There were a number of promotions and happy hours that were attractive and easy accessible. A very enjoyable trip!!!
