Stayed at Pullman with some friends and we all really enjoyed the trip. From the arrival with friendly bellboys and reasonable security/hygiene check, over the check in experience with Bella周晶晶 who was super helpful throughout the trip. Amazing pools with a nice selection of lane pool, play pool with toys, heated pool, everything was there. The overall hotel was very well maintained and no major maintenance issues where visible. Dean at the outdoor buffet pool bar was very friendly and helpful. Lucky at the lobby bar was very approachable and helpful. The breakfast buffet display was very rich and interesting. Overall all the staff were friendly, level of English was good enough not to run into any issues. There were a number of promotions and happy hours that were attractive and easy accessible. A very enjoyable trip!!!

We had a fantastic family holiday here. All facilities are great. Recommend getting access to the stunning executive area on 17th floor, which is extremely good value for money. All the facilities and rooms are great.

The hotel would be better still if there were more drinking water dispensers to reduce/eliminate use of small plastic water bottles.

This was our second stay at Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Very nice also the decoration we found on our bed, which made us feel welcome even more.

The hotel is only a 15 min taxi ride from Sanya airport, while you are not bothered by any noise on the hotel grounds.

The service of each and every person working in the hotel is outstanding. The list of people would be endless and i can only remember a few (Coco, Shyla, Bella, Kevin and in particular also Ohad, the GM), who all made our stay unforgettable.

Breakfast offers a great selection, the BBQ buffet at the breeze restaurant is good value for money and the Chinese restaurant "one" offers super tasty food.
I can recommend booking an executive room, since the red sun bar offers breathtaking views and the afternoon tea as well as the evening happy hour is absolutely worth it.

Our room had an amazing view and was super clean.
for Chinese new year we got a selection of fruits and nuts which were highly appreciated :-)

Wifi is very good throughout the entire premises.
The rooms are very well maintained and kept super clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

The pools are welcoming and clean, the access to the beach through an underground tunnel is very convenient. At the beach some sun beds are provided and you can even order drinks from the hotel to the beach. very nice service again.

The concierge helped us renting a car for a very reasonable price. Parking was even for free in the garage in the basement.
The hotel also offers a private car including a driver for day trips, which is very convenient as well.

The gym is small but enough for a basic workout and the hotel offers plenty of entertainment for kids. from an outside playground, indoor games, trampoline,...

we had such a good time that we even cancelled and re-booked our flights in order to be able to stay longer.

We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next stay!
