We had a fantastic family holiday here. All facilities are great. Recommend getting access to the stunning executive area on 17th floor, which is extremely good value for money. All the facilities and rooms are great.
The hotel would be better still if there were more drinking water dispensers to reduce/eliminate use of small plastic water bottles.

This was our second stay at Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Very nice also the decoration we found on our bed, which made us feel welcome even more.
The hotel is only a 15 min taxi ride from Sanya airport, while you are not bothered by any noise on the hotel grounds.
The service of each and every person working in the hotel is outstanding. The list of people would be endless and i can only remember a few (Coco, Shyla, Bella, Kevin and in particular also Ohad, the GM), who all made our stay unforgettable.
Breakfast offers a great selection, the BBQ buffet at the breeze restaurant is good value for money and the Chinese restaurant "one" offers super tasty food.
I can recommend booking an executive room, since the red sun bar offers breathtaking views and the afternoon tea as well as the evening happy hour is absolutely worth it.
Our room had an amazing view and was super clean.
for Chinese new year we got a selection of fruits and nuts which were highly appreciated :-)
Wifi is very good throughout the entire premises.
The rooms are very well maintained and kept super clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.
The pools are welcoming and clean, the access to the beach through an underground tunnel is very convenient. At the beach some sun beds are provided and you can even order drinks from the hotel to the beach. very nice service again.
The concierge helped us renting a car for a very reasonable price. Parking was even for free in the garage in the basement.
The hotel also offers a private car including a driver for day trips, which is very convenient as well.
The gym is small but enough for a basic workout and the hotel offers plenty of entertainment for kids. from an outside playground, indoor games, trampoline,...
we had such a good time that we even cancelled and re-booked our flights in order to be able to stay longer.
We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Great hotel. Quiet beach. Breakfast is excellent. Serena and Hanks were exceptional hosts. The cocktails at the pool bar were nicely priced and delicious. Staff are friendly and accomadating. The drink specials at the roof top bar were quite good. Would definitely recommend

Second visit and again a very pleasant experience. Staff always very helpful and friendly and assisted us getting Covid testing done for flight back. If you go take the executive suite option, very complete and attractive. Housekeeping, Front office and fb staff great. Big surprise organized for my Birthday. Amazing location, 15 min from airport. Great staff, rooms spacious and all locations great. Room was upgraded to 15th floor so had amazing sea view, well equiped room with anythign you need for luxury holidays. Very friendly staff including Hanks on arrival. Keeps checking all the time in case you need something. No1 girl was Cindy, manager of Western restaurant. She arranged table for New Year evening and looked ofter really well the whole stay. Highly recomend to stay there if you travel to Sanya. Private sunny beach with towells provided by hotel in hotel terittory. Nice breakfast, good dinners with 3 x good restaurants selection including BBQ buffet outside. You dont need to leave hotel if you come here, all entertaintment at hotel. Amazing place...
