Prices higher than the best in Europe and service of chinese farmers
Location so and so, staff not able to speak english well enough, luhuitou golf club near, but,
the worst golf in China: huge fees, not educated, not smart waiters and caddies ( they are hainan people, the worst, with no culture) and golf services almost at the lowest level.

The hotel is nearly empty yet they have placed us in a room for six nights and there is maintenance being carried out using power tools and heavy hammers ( breaking up tiles off the floor) this states Berle 0800 hours and carries on to after 1800 hours . We have complained three times and been assured that it will be restricted to 0900 to 1200 midday no offer of a replacement room at all and still they carry out the work for 10 hours a day . We booked and paid for the room thru Agoda so we have no recourse as it is paid for the whole six nights . If we hadn't pre paid I believe we may have been treated differently . I emailed the hotel senior management as they are face less no senior people at the front desk ever and they have just ignored us .
Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful hotel in a nice, quite area of Sanya, which is cosy, but only a short cap ride away from the city center.
To me, downtown Sanya is not the most beautiful place in world, but that doesn´t matter, because you can enjoy your time in this beautiful hotel. The hotel is in good shape and a tropical paradise. Nice open setting (you can feel a warm breeze almost everywhere), pool area (which was almost totally empty all the time) and super friendly staff. And yes, very few people speak English. But don´t forget your in China, this is nothing new. With a little smile and some gestures every problem can be solved.
Breakfast buffet was great, with a nice choice of asian and western tastes. For dinner there are some nice sea food restaurants down by the water front, but nobody speaks English. We had the concierge write some things down on paper, so we used that for ordering ;-)

We arrive during the night. Taxi driver cant find the hotel. There s no indication around and on the hotel....

Room are beautifull but need no privacy, no separation between bathrooms/toilets and the room
The joke was when we want to go to the beach... On the book lovey beach
But reality is far away, garbage, constructions.... It s impossible
We must stay 8 nights we check out afer 1 night
If you need no services and no beach it could be an option....
my wife and I stayed here during the mid autumn festival last year, the hotel is a lovely villa type design, with great surroundings, a decent pool and a small beach is 5 minutes walk away. It is about 15 minutes by taxi from Sanya aiport and also close to the local town, which is good. In-fact based on my stay here, Sanya seems to be quite a friendly place.
Service and facilities at the hotel were good. The room had a seaview and overlooked the pool, it was a very spacious room with a good sized balcony. The breakfast menu was superb with lots of different things available.
We booked this from an agent and got a really good deal, and we will be going back there again this summer.
