Visited the Langham Haikou after a long trip. The first experience upon stepping into the hotel was that it was a quiet and exclusive hotel. Very posh and luxurious. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Our stay at the hotel was made even better when we met a very wonderful service staff at the executive lounge named Coco. Her attention to detail and promptness in delivering excellent customer service has made our stay at Langham Haikou a very memorable one!
I stayed here for business for over 2 years. Perfect location, excellent staff and great views of the city. The food is also very good and the rooms are spacious. Request a room overlooking the bridge if you can.
Only complaint is the internet speed - something to be aware of for business travelers.
This is my first hotel on this city, Haikou. This hotel looks so great, look so luxury. And well this hotel is so great like that i expected, and you can see great view from the top of this hotel or from your room. Feel enjoy the city from this hotel.

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy. The breakfast has good food selection.
The staffs in this hotel are the game changer. They’re very courteous, especially those in front desk, concierge, and breakfast restaurant. Thanks to Joise at the breakfast restaurant who gave us reccommendation on places to visit.

Excellent, warm and friendly services during our 2 days stay. This is one hotel where the staff we met really put an effort in giving a good hospitality experience. Good quality breakfast and attentive service. Staff made you felt welcome. Good that the pool is open till late as you can cool down after a hot day out. The hotel is just across a beautiful park. Was told by the bellboy that towards one end of the park, there is a bus park area where one can take public buses to places of interest. Highly recommeded for a luxury hotel.
