The outside of this hotel is pretty tatty but inside is not that bad. The restaurant is nice and served good food.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are basic but clean. It doesn't have that 'forgotten' feel that many older hotels have - we would stay here again.

Be aware that the spa costs extra! Nobody bothered to tell us so.
The service was really Bad during the stay. Hand several issues during the stay, they almost lost all clothes which was given for Laundry. I have been contacting the hotel for several times now and no response so far. Definitely a hotel to avoid.

Very nice hotel in convenience location. The room was super clean with beautiful city view. All staff was kind. Fast check in/ check out. The biggest disappointment it was the breakfast. Very bad breakfast. Only a few things was available and this is really strange for a 5 star hotel that is cost 100 usd per night.
