We had a very friendly welcomed by a girl behind the counter although we understand Spanish but she wanted to communicate with us in English. It was a busy time when we arrived there was lots of people chekcing in, each staff has their own costumer
The check-in takes a little longer than usual, they need both our passport checking every details of our information we must also shown the immigration slip PDI it is the first time we have to show it while in other hotels it never asked. If you pay in US dollars you get your change back in dollars, this is the only place who give in dollars back. Other hotels only change in Chilean pesos
The location is pretty good and easy to find especially coming with car, they have secure parking in the premises Ibis hotel has a huge lobby there are computers available but I don't know if these are free to used
The elevator is exclusively for guest only you must insert your room key to able operated
Free wifi for hotel guest and it has a very good connection inside the room
Room: spacious twin beds, parquet floor, desk, safe deposit, big mirror, racks and a simi closet to hang your jacket
Bathroom: a nice spacious room neat and clean, good shower, hair dryer, toileteries, towels.
Price per night is 34$ plus tax. Breakfast cost 7$ dollar. Is nice hotel to stay in Concepcion and there's a restaurant on the first floor.
The shopping mall is across the street they have foodcourt where we went for dinner. The hotel room and amenities of Ibis Concepcion has the same value in European hotel and well worth the price
