We are a group of 3 on a business trip to Thailand so we decided to have a side trip to Siem Reap. We found them here in TripAdvisor & took 3 services from them - airport private transfer, tuktok transport (1-day pass to see the temples) & private transfer to Poipet/Thailand border. Here’s our detailed experience with them:

- They can speak English so it’s easy to communicate. Friendly too;
- The tuktok transport provided us 2 cold bottled water each throughout our sightseeing activity of the temples (really appreciated it, it’s really hot in Siem Reap). Pls note that temple tour guide isn’t part of their package, you can hire a tour guide when you get there in the temples. As a suggestion to them, pls provide 2 options for this: 1) Transport only 2) Transport w/ tour guide in the temples (so we can be assured that the tour guide we gotten is the best & not to be overwhelmed by the tour guides upon entering the temple to pick 1 of them);
- They’ll not ask for payment upfront. They would complete the service first before you would pay them (I hope they will not be abused of this system ‘coz we have a beach resort & some tourists are scammers too & would not pay after the tour services are rendered in the premise that it’s not accdg to their expectations & would threaten to write a bad review). I recommend to them that customers must pay upfront before starting their services. If a customer wrote a bad review, at least they are paid (bad review + no payment, that’s worse, we experience that). There are some bad customers who exist in this world;
- The airport private transfer was late but they’re apologetic. Call them up upon arrival at the airport & was glad they answered immediately. We were also lost trying to find our hotel & was hoping they could have researched the address before our arrival since we give them the hotel name/address in advance (this is something they can easily improve on though - no big deal). As a suggestion, pls extend the free cold bottled water too for the private transfer (to spoil clients even more, 😄);
- When you message them via fb messenger, allow them at least an hour to respond. If you need them urgently, just call them;
- It was a long trip from Siem Reap to Poipet. I got curious about Cambodian life & the driver was very patient to thoroughly explain w/ all the accompanying smile;
- Very cheap rates (you get more of what you paid for). I don’t understand how they can profit from it (probably low demand) so pls give them an extra tip to thrive - they deserve it.

Overall, they provided a good service at cheap rates as of our visit in March 2024. I highly recommend them, they are trustworthy & reliable. 5-star rating!

Our driver was very accomodating and we stopped at a few different places for breaks from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap which was wonderful. The whole experience was perfect and our driver was very polite and friendly.
