We were coming back from Nebraska City & we decided to stop here. The sleep was kinda good, but the breakfast ruined everything. Everything in there tasted like stale [--]. Biscuits were old & the sausage was nasty. I can still bring that awful taste to my mouth by thinking about it. Worst breakfast on the whole trip. My mom couldn't even eat it. This should be called "Dreary Inn". My mom said the she didn't know what was wrong b/c their breakfast is usually good.More

This is the place to stay. I stay here every month and am never disappointed. It is so clean, so modern, and such a great value. If you have never stayed at Drury you are missing out. The best breakfast AND and dinner. The rooms are so spacious and modern. The location is perfect with easy access to all parts of St Louis.
The staff, to a person, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Could not ask for more. Our room was a king with a separate seating area. Really liked having shower gel, shampoo and rinse dispensers in the shower.
We met family in St. Louis and stayed here. Between the two families, we stayed here with six small children. Everyone was happy and enjoyed their stay!
It is a beautiful relatively new property. The suites are huge! The bathrooms are awesome and the beds are comfy! The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and swam every evening. We used the fitness room too. All the equipment was well kept and worked well.
The staff was friendly and always helpful. The breakfast in the morning and the evening dinner was delicious and with so many kids in tow, the convenience and cost savings was greatly appreciated.
The hotel is centrally located to most area sights, though its quite a distance from Six Flags.
Overall I can't wait to stay here again!
This hotel is very grand and elegant and absolutely pristine in cleanliness!! The bed was so comfortable with the pillow top mattress and foam pillows.It was very quite which afforded us the most peaceful night's sleep. The ammenities in the bathroom included body wash, shampoo and conditioner which were Juniper and verbena scented. They serve dinner at 5:30 which consists of hot dogs, chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese and salad and a hot breakfast buffet in the mornings. There is everything you could want to eat for breakfast on the breakfast buffet. There was no reason to leave the building once we were there due to dinner and breakfast being provided, and they also have a room where you can buy extras like icecream and additional toiletries. It is very quite and we were greeted by the friendliest hostess both at check in and checking out. Event he maids were friendly and would smile and say hi!! I would only stay at this hotel when visiting St. Louis!!
We always look for a Drury as our first choice when traveling. We reserved through the Drury website in order to get the e-saver rate. When we entered the first room that was assigned to us, it had an odd odor about it. Not pleasant at all...after debating a few moments, my husband went down to the front desk and received a new room right next door. It was much fresher.
As usual, the 5:30 kickback was appreciated and the breakfast was sufficient. Make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Plus a variety of cereals, yogurts, etc...
The area was nice with chain restaurants and shopping centers in the immediate area. It is still a few miles into St. Louis so if you want to stay more in the St. Louis area, I would recommend going downtown and staying at the Arch...it is worth the additional cost.
