Linda ayoola I loved the service the rooms are cleaned soo well when i come back to the hotel I come back to a comfortable bed the little things they do mean alot I really appreciate it very polite and respectfully they are making my stay her very enjoyable

Amani helped us a lot and all the staff. We were welcomed in a warm way, and all our luggage were taken care of. The staff greets customers always with a smile. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and families, and it is the best experience I’ve had in a hotel.

Really liked my stay at The first collection Marina. The staff were amazing, especially one the concierge staff called Ayoola. Amazing guy- really made my stay that bit easier. Would recommend a staying over at this hotel any time you’re in Dubai

Booked via booking.com, staycation package that allowed 6am checkin and 6pm checkout.
Arrived at 6:20am, checked in and was given a room straight away on 18th floor. Had not pre-booked breakfast but was given a good deal at check-in which I took. Staff everywhere very friendly, everyone said hello when passing and wished me a good day. Duty Manager Noel made sure I was kept happy. Plenty of taxis outside, read about traffic outside hotel but I never experienced any delays. Good thing about this location is the taxi can get straight onto the main motorway rather than a JBR hotel where it takes 20-30 mins to get to motorway. Marina walk access is practically across the road. Some nice clean cafes next door or nearby. A quick 10-15 minute walk over a bridge and you arrive at the end of the JBR walk so no need for a taxi.
Hotel facilities : Clean, pool small but functional. Spa very good and took a massage with great staff, although prices were a little higher than outside places. Full daily free access to Soluna Beach Club which was perfect and was used every day. Bus service for this beach club was punctual. Bus service to mall too but I never used that.
Room : Clean, had iron, hairdryer, toiletries etc. Only small issue was the shower pressure but I think there is a water saving option fitted which I did not bother to remove. Room was cleaned every day very well.
Breakfast : Good options. They have special order items too like masala dosa, indian channa puris, vegan breakfast etc. I went down for breakfast at 9:30 and walked straight in but I saw if you arrived at 10:30am then there might be some queues to get in.
Overall, I would deffo stay here again as long as the Soluna Beach club access was provided.
