Excellent for Families,
Clean well presented stayed in a 2 bed suite which was lovely.
Staff very friendly especially Lakshan who was a life guard.
Hotel is located close to shopping and is a great place to go in the evening.
Recommend this place.

Visited the Spa at Hilton JBR for a couples massage. Definitely recommended. Quality, efficient, professional service. The massage was extremely relaxing and the therapists Aye and Swati were able to identify and target problem areas.
Kim the receptionist was very professional and friendly. We will definitely be booking another before our holiday ends!

Stayed at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Residence for the first time, greeted and welcomed by the friendly bellman. Our reception Tracy was so cheerful, not to forget Yana was really professional and accommodating for our needs. We got really nice room with Ain Dubai view, it's amazing. Room is super clean. Breakfast is good. Overall we are satisfied. Can not wait for another stay. Thank you all!

Amazing place! We would like to thank u from valet Mudassar and Nishanth for being so friendly and their customer service is excellent! Despite of this heat, they didnt seem bothered rather energetic and caring.. keep up the good work and the standard of your professionalism with a heart..

The experience was pretty awesome. The Hotel is a little busy for me, but it is a tourist location. Check-in was a GREAT experience! Thanks to Receptionist for your patience!! Visited a couple restaurants while I stayed, they were ok. The house keeping service was THE BEST, AWESOME, I got a puppy and a bird while I stayed..lo Thank you Padma!!
