The experience was pretty awesome. The Hotel is a little busy for me, but it is a tourist location. Check-in was a GREAT experience! Thanks to Receptionist for your patience!! Visited a couple restaurants while I stayed, they were ok. The house keeping service was THE BEST, AWESOME, I got a puppy and a bird while I stayed..lo Thank you Padma!!

I wish other Hiltons learnt from this hotel.
- Great breakfast. Multiple cuisines. They didn't get it wrong even one step.
- Great staff. Without any exception. You ask for it and you have it. They are not just eager to help - but PROACTIVE to help and support, in every which way. Terrific.
- Water - a precious lifesaver in Dubai, in July - served as you want, as much you want. Unlike other Hiltons where it is rationed, and given more to Whites and less or none to non-Whites (read my review about the Hilton at Times Square, New York)
- Terrific location - go out, walk...and some great places to eat and celebrate. On the beach.
- Own beach.
- Unfortunately, no Smart TVs in the rooms - so, no streaming channels, no Netflix, no Amazon. In today's world?
- Rooms not facing the beach? Did I miss this?

The service was amazing & I would recommend everyone to go here as the staff really cater to everyone. I would like to mention mani, the concierge, who helped with a smooth transport to & from the airport.
The location is perfect as it has everything within walking distance.

Room was well cleaned and quick check in and everywhere in hotel service is great and valet parker ( Midassar) is Did great job😊. Beach and pool is very nice any really enjoy the stay. Breakfast was a lot of variety and great service but little wait in queue for breakfast.

Amazing staff all around. Had a really nice 10 days here. Food was great. Weather was hot 🥵 but we really enjoyed it.
