Although it took a little time at the reception at first to get my room ,,,,, but the room was perfect, clean and big with the comfy bed, the breakfast was super nice and fresh especially the quality of things was superb, the pools were great and Dj was nice too,,,, but if you wanna stay in a calm room , should not choose the pool view rooms :)

We came here for our honeymoon this
Was unparalleled luxury experience right in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence. From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you're greeted with opulence and a warm welcome. I was amazed by the staff Hussein,Rabin and supervisor Bishwadeep how friendly they are. They do their best ensure the satisfaction of the guest and listen to all the feedback needed in order improve.
If im coming back here, then defiantly housekeeping is one of the reasons.

Excellent room I enjoyed the stay with my family, I liked the swimming pool despite the hot weather.Very helpful housekeeping ( Husain & Rabeb) the room was always clean and tidy throughout my stay day and night , I felt like am home. thank you so much to all the Five JBR for your hospitality and services and looking forward to stay again in the future.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel during my business trip, and I was impressed. from the moment you step in, the ambiance radiates a holiday vibe, making it a fantastic choice for both business and leisure.
I would like to give special thanks to Ashraf, the incredible Egyptian manager at the reception. His dedication to service and warm hospitality truly stood out, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive, with a great eye for detail in the room setup.
I highly recommend this hotel for someone who is looking for a comfortable stay in a great location!
