Hotel si so nic the hotel service si very good and the hotel staff si very nic yo us and the cielo staff si very help full during brekfast we enjoyed a los in the brekafsst lunch and dinner the staff from Cielo Mr Zufri he asisti me during brefast nic cita and thank to Walter Pankaj who is very nic and very helpful Rayaan also helpful during brekfast he asiste me teta everyday

really good service but really bad check in time the crew members are rlly friendly especially asim he was friendly and nice i made a request a off menu food and he made it for me tasted really good and it had amazing views the mini bar was expensive for no reason
