This hotel is beautiful,very modern and luxurious,the staff are whet make this hotel they have all been amazing,they cannot do enough for you especially mr imran khan the front manager who helped us with our stay and made it so special.All the restaurants are lovely and the food by the pool is amazing,cannot wait to return

Pankaj give us such an amazing serves! Breakfast was really good. Beach is too good and pankaj made my day serving good code and omlteee and thank to Aman who made lovely ice coconut milk cappuccino and adras give nic service and the hotel is very good

Staying at Five Luxe, booked a Four Bedroom Apartment on the 29th Floor. We’re a group of 10 Black people, and we’ve had to endure the most ridiculous display of racism I’ve ever encountered. Apparently, they need to check our IDs every time we access our room—this policy seems to be exclusively for Black people. I asked the manager and even hollered at the entire staff, but no one could explain why. Everyone is oddly cozy with this kind of racism. This isn’t my Dubai—this is Five Luxe’s twisted policy.
Guess what? Not a single apology. They wanted to sweep me under the rug so their other clients could be catered to. I paid a hefty sum for this “luxury” experience, and my stay has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you’re Black from the UK, the Caribbean, or Africa, avoid this place like the plague. This is the colonists’ paradise.
It’s disheartening that in this day and age, I still have to shout to be recognized as human. Racism has no place here, and I will make it my mission to see this addressed. I have all the witnesses and evidence. The owners of this place need to wake up and do better…
