Best service and excellent breakfast. Pankaj and Pritam gave us the best breakfast service and we are more than happy. We will surely come back again. Room service was also top notch and all the hotel staff were friendly and always assisting. Parkash was also a wonder

Staying at Five Luxe, booked a Four Bedroom Apartment on the 29th Floor. We’re a group of 10 Black people, and we’ve had to endure the most ridiculous display of racism I’ve ever encountered. Apparently, they need to check our IDs every time we access our room—this policy seems to be exclusively for Black people. I asked the manager and even hollered at the entire staff, but no one could explain why. Everyone is oddly cozy with this kind of racism. This isn’t my Dubai—this is Five Luxe’s twisted policy.
Guess what? Not a single apology. They wanted to sweep me under the rug so their other clients could be catered to. I paid a hefty sum for this “luxury” experience, and my stay has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you’re Black from the UK, the Caribbean, or Africa, avoid this place like the plague. This is the colonists’ paradise.
It’s disheartening that in this day and age, I still have to shout to be recognized as human. Racism has no place here, and I will make it my mission to see this addressed. I have all the witnesses and evidence. The owners of this place need to wake up and do better…

We had a very nice day at Five Luxe. We visited the other hotels of this branch, but this one is the best out of all! The service, the music, the food - everything is on the highest level. Thank you Gideon for your help. We will come back for sure!!!

As first impression the hotel is nice its crowded yes because it is Eid but thats not a problem, at the reception when checking in we were deciding if we should upgrade or not so we didnt. After checking in to our 2BR we found that the living room is too small for us as we are 4 people so we called for an upgrade. I called by 4:30pm payment link was sent by 4:58pm to upgrade. Main issue was that the time is NOW 6:10pm and we are not yet moved to the room. The lady told me once payment is done we will be moved to our new room, then she said we should wait for a call to move. I packed my bags and everything its been almost 2 HOURS. We are here at the living room wearing our abayas, shoes and all bags are kept next to the door waiting to be moved. at first I thought its only going to take 30 minutes as most of 5 star hotels do then I gave them 40 minutes then I had to call. If I was informed that the room will take longer than 30 minutes i would at least have done something like order food use the pool or do something but we were not giving a specific time!!! Usually hotels move you within 30 minutes approximately but TWO HOURS??? Thats crazy!! The lady who was handling the issue said "I asked you at first if you want to move we had a free room but you decided later so now we need to prepare a room for you" Yes I understand but at least inform me "Mam this is going to take an hour to prepare the room for you is that okay? Or maybe mam thats going to take sometime because the room is not ready maybe an hour or something so we are aware of it and not be seated like crazy at the living room waiting for almost 2 hours!! Thats so sad because honestly the hotel is nice, staff are friendly but this is not enough. I came here to enjoy but yet I am here frustrated half of my day/time is wasted waiting.. I was giving late checkout but its only after I insisted to have late checkout by 6pm tomorrow also a breakfast for all of us BUT again thats only after my experience here was ruined. Thanks for the team. Will I recommend it to family members and friends? Not really.
