I spent 3 nights at Taj and everything was exceptional from the point I arrived at the resort. I was greeted with a smile by Rhiannon and gave welcome gifts to us. Ananya helped a lot during the check-in and escorted us to our room later explaining all about the resort and what activities we could do especially for the kids in the resort. She went the extra step to ensure that we were taken care of during our stay.
The resort in itself is a gem with loads of activities like, pool, beach, water sports, tennis, games room, children activities room to fil our time or to just relax at the private beach. Very nice breakfast and specialty restaurant choices for lunch and dinner. The staff were always courteous and ready to help.
All in a all, it was a splendid stay and definitely a must visit Taj property.

I had a great experience at the Taj Exotica the Palm. Nice Location, amazing food and flamboyant team makes it stand out in every aspect. Check In was quick and smooth. Ananya was very helpful and courteous and assisted us with all formalities. Thanks to Prateek for accommodating in nice room with sea view, it was nice and spacious for 3 persons to stay. Concierge team was outstanding too, Vikas was very helpful and tried his best to arrange for tickets we requested for said timings and also assisted in making arrangements in the city. Thanks to Housekeeping and IRD team was well. The service was quick and eye for detail was there. It was a wonderful experience. Looking forward to see everyone soon.

This was our first stay at a Taj Hotel and I think our expectations were too high. We were expecting a luxurious experience but the hotel fell short of those expectations. The location is really great and pool and beach are lovely.
The rooms are dated and in need of refurbishments. Our first room had a terrible damp smell and kudos to the team for moving us so quickly. The second room was better but still old and outdated. I had book a family sea view room and was upgraded to a suite. Whilst that was nice, the view was terrible. We were on the side and could not even see the pool and had to really squint to see the ocean.
Even the aerobics schedule was not followed, granted the coordinator called in sick however, as a five star resort you fill it with another activity.
The breakfast was great and the team there especially George was awesome.

The hotel was excellent. However I would like to single out the concierge team. Vikas was very informative about how we could see Dubai during our stay. His recommendations were excellent and made our stay so much more enjoyable. James and Usman helped make arrangements at restaurants recommended to us by Vikas. They were so accommodating. Vikas,James and Usman we felt made us feel special and that nothing was too much. We feel that they cared that our experience in Dubai was as enjoyable as possible. So thank you.
