I stayed at Taj Exotica Palm Jumeirah with Family in oct 24. Although i reached early say 12pm, without informing the Hotel in advance we were warmly welcomedby Mr Amrinder & Mr Vikas.
Before coming here i stayed at Atlantis The Palm ( another prominent proerty in Palm Jumeirah) and i can vouch for Taj Exotics ( ofcourse as its a Taj Property) is way way ahead in terms of hospitality and making its guests pampered & well looked after. There is hardly anything for which they would hesitate to do in their capacity. The place is exceptionally beautiful and grand. Taj’s basic DNA of guest is god can be felt. I would attribute this to the great training Taj imparts kn their people. It feels each of them own the property. Each of them would share their contact and insist to let them know incase they need anything.
Food : Food ( Palm Kitchen) is something which is would rate slightly lower (7/10) than what i generally come across at Taj properties. The Indian food section lacked taste and the menu lacked thoughtfulness as the menu was alsmost repetitive in nature. Also my suggestion is if you are offering Indian food in a particular section let it taste authentic Indian food. Why unnecessarily try to modulate it for Europeans ? Anyways many Indians come to you for the fact they would be served authentic indian food. What was even more surprising to find that the there were indian chefs and still such food that missed the class of indian food.
Amenities: The property flaunts everything that an authentic 5 star can offer. The swimming pool is huge and beautiful.
Rooms are big in size and very modern.
The staff is super attentive and even the housekeeping team is on toes.
The property is super clean and shines in all aspects.
Value : Its absolutely value for money. One cant regret after staying here. Infact what they offer is much more thann what they charge.
Feels so proud that an Indian Brand is leading the industry.
