Whenever we come to Dubai we stay at Taj Exotica! We are always very well received by Mohamed who is an excellent person, he helps us with everything we need! He always welcomes us with a smile on his face and joy in seeing us every time we come to Dubai. Wonderful hotel, clean, the rooms are spacious, with excellent decoration! The food is delicious in the restaurants, the breakfast is delicious with many food options. The atmosphere at the Hotel is wonderful, the staff are super friendly, Sudhir serves us very well at the KITCHEN restaurant, I would like to remember the names of everyone I know there, but I don't know their names!! It has a wonderful games room, with video games, and various educational games such as Chess... excellent space for everyone to enjoy! The pool is fantastic, there is a pool bar... The sea has calm waves, excellent for those going with children! THANK YOU everyone for making our days very special!!

Stayed at the hotel for our wedding for 4 nights total, the best thing about the hotel is the service and staff. They literally go above and beyond to make your stay easier and enjoyable ❤️
Had a total of 7 rooms and the feedback of each person was so positive and they loved all, which was the most important thing for us.
Starting from the valet, front office, fnb and housekeeping departments.. all were amazing and extended great hospitality.
We had a problem at the check-in since some guests couldn’t travel, the issue was solved easily by the night manager Aditya and our room has been upgraded to a suite by Priti 🥹 what an amazing surprise! The suite was huge and super luxurious 🙈 and it was sooo useful since we had makeup artists and photographers coming over for a wedding shoot and preparations 🫶🏻🤍
Moreover, a surprise setup was expecting us in the suite after we were back from the event itself with a honeymoon wishes 🥂
Additionally, we were provided an early check-in and late check-out despite hotel being full (people were everywhere 😱)
Overall, the best stay we ever had. Hotel had all the amenities and facilities with no need to leave the area, except for tours👏🏻 100% recommended and would definitely come back, if we get a chance on a later stage ❤️❤️❤️

The Taj Exotica has been the best hotel my family & I have stayed at on the Palm!
Firstly, the service was 10/10 - everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Special shoutout to Bassem, Bernard and Deep!
Secondly, the facilities were excellent. With the pool being the largest on the Palm, there is plenty of space to swim and an abundance of sun loungers. The Spa is also beautiful, echoing a calm atmosphere, and a selection of treatments.
Finally, the food was so tasty; there are countless options, even the fussy eaters were satisfied!
Overall, my favourite hotel on the Palm hence why my family and I will be returning next year.
Thanks to The Taj for making our stay so memorable! :)

Hotel. Staff and facilities were amazing. The concierge (Vikas) went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Took my mother and they provided a wheelchair instantly. Reason I mention this, as this has been a reoccurring problem at a lot of hotels. A quick mention for Rhiannon who was charming and really welcomed us to the hotel.
Finally PoPo and Vivian provided great service at the hotel.
Would definitely come again!
