We have always stayed at the Atlantis on the palm, but over the years has got so busy.

We wanted to stay on the Palm and chose the Taj and what a fantastic choice we made.

When you arrive the service is amazing, we arrived early and were checked in, given a drink, lovely necklaces and were upgrades within 15 minutes.
The Taj Club - staff are amazing, especially the ladies that were attentive but not where you felt they were false.
The Pool - amazing pool and the staffing, again around here were amazing, towels were there ready for you, with water.
Restaurants - This is just the one thing that the Atlantis stands out for - however whilst the choice is rather limited within their buffet restaurant the quality was amazing and there was always something for everyone. The roaring rabbit was like a british pub - music a little loud but thats probably as im old :-). The indian restaurant was amazing and an allowance of 150AED is given here
Rooms - we had a suite all i can say is it was spotless, beautifully decorated and beds were amazing.

I don’t usually write reviews, but when you experience, amazing hospitality, I feel obliged to experience with Taj exotica hotel in the pond is truly beyond words. It starts from the amazing reception area to the fantastic room, set up and first and foremost, the amazing staff of the hotel everyone is extremely friendly and so polite. I have to give a special thanks to the ladies in reception: 1- Daniela, 2- Sunanda 3- Ananya 4- Pragati and in the spa 1-Subir and in the room service 1- Karan 2- Raju 3- Sudha these people truly know what hospitality is.

Super stay , great location lovely staff
Was really well looked after the team upgraded me to a suite which was stunning
Hotel is great , pool and beach area is great
Staff are really attentive and friendly Surqnga really looked after us
Would highly recommend and would definitely go back
