I stayed at the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa on The Palm, Dubai, for my 45th birthday in April 2024, and it was a wonderful experience. I traveled with my mother, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and pampered.
The location on The Palm is amazing, with beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline. Our room was comfortable and stylish, with a private balcony that was perfect for taking in the view.
The food at the resort was delicious, with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Every meal was a treat, and the staff was always friendly and attentive.
A special mention goes to Suranga, who looked after us so well on the beach. He was always there to help, and his service really made our time by the water extra special.
In the lounge, Po Po and Vivian were fantastic. They made sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, the Taj Exotica gave us a truly memorable birthday holiday. The staff, location, and service were all excellent. I can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful experience at Palm Kitchen while celebrating my parents’ anniversary. Aaron, the staff member who attended us, was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the evening. He made the occasion even more special by surprising my parents with a beautiful anniversary dessert. His warm service and thoughtful gesture truly made our night memorable. Highly recommend!

Super place, super staff, super pool, amazing food. Kulweed the housekeeping staff member was so helpful and attended to our every whim. The waiters and waitresses happy helpful and very smart. Pool staff great wouldn't let you lift a finger. Great for couples families looking for luxury.

From the time we arrived at the valet and the lobby cafe the service is so amazing it’s really wow service specially from Po Po this was our first time back we are coming back again soon and we will take a room and visit more restaurants here …specially the afternoon tea
