One word… Wow! What a fantastic hotel! The staff are amazing and are doing a fabulous job. From the moment you arrive till check out, the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay memorable. This was our first time visiting the Taj Exotica and we will definitely be coming back for sure. The staff went above and beyond and treated us like family.

Pallavi deserves recognition for her hard work and impeccable hospitality. She always greeted us with a big smile and ensured we had a comfortable stay, she went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration even more special as she arranged a surprise for me and my husband. We really appreciated her kindness during our stay.

Special thanks to Amrinder for looking after us and for his kind hospitality, my husband and I was taken aback by his professionalism and warm welcome he gave us. Amrinder went above and beyond for us which we will always remember.

Harpreet always greeted us with a smile and made an effort to talk to us.

As we were celebrating our anniversary during our stay, the staff at reception bought a beautiful selection of chocolates, dates and fruit which was beautiful. We were delighted with this gesture.

We dined in at Varq and WOW! What an outstanding restaurant serving authentic Indian food. The whole experience from the food to service was incredible. Chef Pankaj and his team came out especially to see us and wished us a happy anniversary and he catered for our needs. My husband loves Paneer and the team made the most delicious paneer dishes for him.

Roaring Rabbit has the best comfort food and the food portions are huge! Thank you to Chef Shivang and all the staff at Roaring Rabbit who again went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. Amazing food and hospitality!

There's so many touches that the hotel do to make stay extra special. Upon arrival, they offer you a welcome drink and a shell necklace. At the pool they treat guests to ice-lollies in the afternoon and also provide ice buckets for water bottles.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the Taj for their kind welcome and love. It truly felt like home and all the people we met became family. We will definitely be coming back again and I have recommended this hotel to all my family and friends.

From the check-in to check-out the experience was execllent. The property view is amazing with Atlantis on oneside and Burj al Arab on the other. The massive pool was a cherry on top! Though we visited during peak summer suprisingly 4pm onwards we did not feel the sun at all and the temp was just perfect. The reception area is beautiful and there is lot of space for families to connect after dinner/breakfast. The popsicle play area was neat and clean with good options for kids below 10. The food was awesome and we enjoyed the spread for Breakfast and Dinner.
Would like to make a special mention about Sunanda at the reception who was kind enough to complete the check-in in less than 10mins, Bernard at the restaturant who was very proactive and attentative to our needs esp the lil ones. Rajesh and Abdul at the concierge service were very prompt too. Overall all the staff were cordial and connected with us. We will come again with the extended family!

The lobby design exudes comfort and happiness, creating a welcoming atmosphere filled with positive energy and vibes. The corridors leading to the rooms are elegantly designed, enhanced by natural lighting. The swimming pool is beautifully designed and remains impeccably clean, even with a large number of guests using it. The rooms are elegant, especially those with a sunset view.

We opted for the all-inclusive package, although lunch was à la carte. The food was delicious and well served. Despite the extensive menu options, we ordered the minimum amount, as we are mindful of not wasting food. Some portions were larger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. However, when we requested to take away the leftovers to avoid waste, the staff objected, citing hotel policy. I found this reasoning perplexing and wondered if the hotel policy inadvertently encourages food wastage.
