Stayed last November and now in July. Many of the staff remembered us and also remembered my sister who stayed in April and my daughter who stayed in May so it felt like coming back to a familiar and welcoming place. Rooms were beautiful and food (the half board option is definitely worth it) as always was excellent especially at Varq. The staff are so helpful, we only had to mention where we were thinking of eating and they sent me a reservation on my phone. Even at the pool they made sure to get me a cabana in the shade, bringing umbrellas to put in front if necessary. The pool is massive, with a bar at either end. A special shout out to Bhasker, Aishwarya and Diksha in the club lounge, Nour at breakfast, Manbir,, Shubham and Rishabh at Varq, Awais our room attendant, Amrinder the front desk manager and Aman the chef who came over especially to Varq to see us after we had said to him at breakfast that we wanted to eat there. There are so many more whose names I didn’t catch who were so helpful. The hotel is gorgeous but it’s the Taj staff who are the stars of the show. Won’t consider staying anywhere else now, whenever we come to Dubai.

Recently celebrated my daughter’s post birthday in Taj. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Special callouts to Priti from reception and Aaron from the Palm Kitchen. Aaron and team surprised my two year old with a cake and greetings. She was super delighted.

Dinner and hospitality was great. Overall made our stay worth remembering.

The best one can expect. Taj far exceeds one's expectations of a hotel stay in all departments; Cleanliness, Comfort, Hospitality, Humility, Food, Amenities.
The Reservation, Reception, Management, Concierge, Spa, Rooms management, Breakfast & Restaurant management- all of them have The Taj Culture of having customer above everything and they fulfil it to their best of abilities.
