Recently celebrated my daughter’s post birthday in Taj. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Special callouts to Priti from reception and Aaron from the Palm Kitchen. Aaron and team surprised my two year old with a cake and greetings. She was super delighted.
Dinner and hospitality was great. Overall made our stay worth remembering.

When I arrived, I was afraid that this would be another one of those hotels where they look down on you.
However, Mr. Mohamed immediately showed that this is not the case.
The staff is wonderful, normally polite, professional, helpful, communicative...

Greediness and extortion by the hotel if you want to make any changes to the Reservation. Glitch by Expedia Website caused to unselect the full board option. When I tried to added back at check-in, I had to pay more than for a new room with the full board option. Expedia was not able also to add the full board option, since I already checked in. The beds are not comfortable, cheap quality for 5 star hotel. The room was clean and nice.
