When I arrived, I was afraid that this would be another one of those hotels where they look down on you.
However, Mr. Mohamed immediately showed that this is not the case.
The staff is wonderful, normally polite, professional, helpful, communicative...

Greediness and extortion by the hotel if you want to make any changes to the Reservation. Glitch by Expedia Website caused to unselect the full board option. When I tried to added back at check-in, I had to pay more than for a new room with the full board option. Expedia was not able also to add the full board option, since I already checked in. The beds are not comfortable, cheap quality for 5 star hotel. The room was clean and nice.
Fabulous Taj experience in every way… whether it be the rooms, the furnishings, housekeeping… all in all exceptional… most wonderful was the quality of inroom dining food… 24hr gourmet food, delivered hot and fresh to the room. The reception has some exquisite glasswork!
