I stayed in Sofitel and i must stay the team are very nice specially at the breakfast they are very attentive to details ans they always go above and beyond. I met samanta and Mehdi sai who helped is with our checkout. Room ia nice. The housekeeping clean room. We will come back

I recently stayed in Sofitel JBR. One of the most wonderful hotels I have stayed in. Every time I visit Dubai I now stay at this particular hotel.
The location is prime. The hotel staff are very attentive to every need and excellent customer service. Especially Ali Sajjad Hussain the Hotel Manager. We had some complications however, Ali Sajjad Hussain resolved this in a very timely manner and went above and beyond. Ali Sajjad Hussain is truly a huge asset for Sofitel JBR. The service we got was truly amazing. It's a hotel which has now become home from home with the comfort of everything you need and attention to detail. I would recommend staying here. A very welcoming place to stay in.

Been here for a week had great experience great staff and house keeping staff belal always made sure room was clean highly recommend to stay here and will come back soon inshallah, stayed at room 1104 and 1105 definitely come back soon next visit
