Well , it was a first time for me to this hotel and we shall give a big thumbs up to the location. several restaurants and shops around especially in the evening the area is too busy and loved walking in JBR. The check in time was 10 minutes, requested for upgrade but a phillipino lady didnt help. The lobby is luxurious and had enough space to sit and enjoy a coffee. The room was given to me was a partial sea view but still it was a good view from the balcony. Table and Chairs are available to sit in Balcony for a morning tea or evening coffee with a spectacular views of JBR. The Bedroom was spacious and very clean. Only problem was a toilet area was too small that everytime you sit on the seat , the front glass will hit you while getting up. Very tiny space in toilet. The House Keeping makes the room clean all time. The breakfast restaurant is huge area and wide variety of food selection, but its bit crowdy and the closing time is 10:30 which is early. The food was delicious and fresh, the pancakes area staff is not happy to serve and even not responding to your request, bit of attitude of the Indian guy. Requested the Restaurant manager to provide me some food for my room and she sent me the items i selected to my room. Big Thanks....The pool is great with a nice view of the beach and JBR but its too busy all the time , may be due to hot weather. Thanks GOD i booked for 2 nights as it was too humid that keeps you inside water always. JBR is a bit far away from city but close to Barsha and Dubai Marina and you can enjoy all these attractions but if you want to go Dubai deira or Bur Dubai you must rent a car which helped a lot to move around anywhere. Overall it was great short stay in this property. Finally thanks to Ms Samantha and Ms Meghat for such a wonderful hospitality and smile. Will definetly come back but in Winter ..LOL

Stayed for one week at this superb hotel. Everything was to a very high standard. Would especially like to thank Madhu and his team for always making my room comfortable. He is a credit to the hotel. Food and service was first class. The hotel is in a superb location with plenty to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and look forward to returning in the not so distant future.
